10K Training

We're here to help you every step of the way in the run up to the big day on Sunday 29th March 2020. As well as providing a free 10K Training Plan to all runners (download available to your left), we will be delivering specific workout classes and meet up runs to get you running at your very best. 

10K Tone Up 

Want to improve your personal best or get ready for your first ever run?

Our new 10K Tone Up sessions are designed to compliment the Derby 10K Training Plan, created by Peak Running, to get you running at your very best.

They consist of interval based running, with strength and conditioning exercises to improve your form, stamina and overall fitness level.

Classes start on Tuesday 15th October at Pride Park Stadium, 6.00pm – 6.45pm. 

£3 per session or free if you are an Everybody Active Member, click here to get yours.

Meet Up Runs

Our popular monthly Meet Up Runs allows you to get the most out of your training journey. Our coach Andy will guide you through a warm up routine, and explain the benefits before he takes you out on a group road run.

They're also a great opportunity to ask any questions about the training plan and get advice about your own training.

Sunday 15th March*

*Meet Up Run will be going ahead as usual, however there will be no access to indoor facilities to leave bags ect.

All Meet Up Runs will begin 9am at the Derby County Community Trust Hub located at Pride Park Point, DE24 8BX, and will vary in distance.
